Support PA House Bill 1048

VFW Posts are encouraged to contact their State lawmakers asking for their support of PA House Bill 1048, which if passed, will give National veterans organizations and volunteer fire companies an exemption to the State’s Liquor License Surtax ($700).

York Fair – Volunteers Needed

The time for the 2019 York Fair is quickly approaching. This year’s fair will be held from Friday, September 6^th through Sunday, September 15^th. As usual, District 21 will have a booth at the fair to promote community awareness, connect with veterans and seek new members. We are looking for both veterans and auxiliary members to volunteer at the booth each day of the fair. Passing of John A. Brenner

MOUNT WOLF – John A. Brenner, 76, of Mt. Wolf, PA entered his heavenly home July 26, 2019. John was born in Sydney, NY, May 23, 1943 to the late Doris E. Brenner (Latham) and Clair Brenner.

Together, John and his beloved wife Sandra M. (Aughenbaugh) of 52 years raised three children; John S. Brenner of York (Adrienne), Jane M. Conrad of Mt. Wolf (Daniel), and Jeffrey R.
